Vendor Sign-up

User and guest who are United States Resident may complete this form to apply for a vendor account. First, you must have a customer account with us. If you are not a customer, you may create one now. Please have the following required W9 information ready at time of sign-up. This is needed for tax reporting purposes of vendor commission payout such as IRS 1099-NEC. We recommend applying for an EIN/TIN instead of using your SSN for sole proprietorship.

• Your full legal name used for tax filing
• Your verified PayPal/Stripe email used for payout
• Your tax identification number used for tax reporting
• Your business name if any
• Your dba or entity type if applicable

Your registration email will be updated with your PayPal/Stripe email. We recommend using the same email for PayPal/Stripe signup. If you need a Stripe account, you may create one [here]. Please contact us if you need further assistance in becoming a vendor.
